Villa Mandalina.HR is completely fenced and surrounded by green hedges all around. The entrance on the north side leads to a free parking lot for four cars and is part of a landscaped yard where there is a children's playground and a mini-golf course (6 variants of the game). The children's playground on a safe surface is equipped with a swing, a climbing house, a slide and a sandpit.
The villa spreads over three levels and with its four (4) bedrooms, three (3) bathrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen and two terraces is ideal for up to eight (8) guests. There are two large dining tables for eight (8) people, one of which is in the closed part and the other on the open, covered terrace equipped with a gas grill (Weber). The ground floor has one bedroom and a bathroom equipped with a washing machine. Upstairs is reached by an internal stone staircase, secured by a railing and a handrail where there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two spacious rooms share one bathroom. The Master bedroom has its own bathroom, an outdoor terrace covered with a pergola with seating (high quality rattan). Outdoor pool (47m² - 9.4mx5m) and the beautifully landscaped sun deck offer you true moments of relaxation. Along with first-class deck chairs and umbrellas, there is a high-quality sitting set. Fans of sports activities at their disposal have a table tennis table, bicycles, a professional tennis court (dimensions 10,97m x 23,77m) and a boccia alley (dimensions 4m x 25m). Outside the object there is a basketball court and a small football playing ground.
