I Parioli sono il primo quartiere residenziale di Roma, il più antico a sorgere appena al di fuori delle mura che circondano il centro storico, a ridosso di Villa Borghese. Circondato di musei, ambasciate, parchi, università e accademie, nonché delle migliori eccellenze eno-gastronomiche, in 15 minuti al massimo permette di raggiungere tutti i principali punti di interesse della capitale, il centro storico stesso e la Basilica di San Pietro.
Il palazzo dove sorge l'appartamento è stato costruito nel 1932, è la prima opera del grandissimo Architetto Ugo Luccichenti e rappresenta il primo esempio di futurismo a Roma, ed è rappresentato in numerose pubblicazioni di architettura. All'interno dell'androne spicca la grande scala circolare monumentale. Il palazzo è proprio di fronte all'università LUISS. L'appartamento, per il quale è stato fatto un restauro conservativo, è ancora tutto autentico, originale d'epoca. I soffitti sono tutti alti 4 metri; c'è un grande ingresso padronale con pavimenti in marmo, tre saloni con pavimenti in parquet intarsiato, un lungo corridoio su cui affacciano 3 stanze 3 bagni e per ultima la cucina, con balcone. Le porte, le finestre, le maniglie, le boiserie, i pavimenti e i soffitti sono delle autentiche opere d'arte razionalista.
La camera a vostra disposizione è molto grande, ha un bagno privato interno con sua finestra ed è dotato di vasca e doccia. Alle spalle del letto c'è la stanza armadio, anch'essa con porta e finestra gigante.
