The house is situated on a large, fenced plot right next to the lake.
There is also a place for a bonfire and a covered pavilion where you can spend the whole day reading a book in a hammock.

This place provides plenty of privacy. There are only a few properties on the lake, so the number of people is small. Apart from weekends, you can be at the lake almost completely alone.
The 20 m² house consists of a living room with kitchenette (sofa bed for 2 persons), bedroom (bunk bed - 2 mattresses 190/80cm) and bathroom (toilet and shower). The house is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, kettle, pots, plates, cutlery, electric heater, hammock.
The holiday home is available from the beginning of May until the end of October. The minimum rental period is 4 days. In the months of June-August - min. 7 days.
An ideal place for swimming, fishing (professional carp fishing - extra charge, separate reservation required), mushroom picking, hiking, cycling, meditation, bird watching and nature observation.
Access to the water from a private jetty.
