The ground floor opens onto the living areas: a fitted and equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room with a beautiful and large wooden table and a relaxation lounge where you can all sit together. On this level, there is a shower room, a separate toilet, a storeroom and a laundry room. In this gîte, we haven't forgotten the children, the owners have created a real cabin in the mezzanine with many games. Upstairs, there are 4 charming bedrooms: Rosabelle (1 bed 140*200 and 1 bed 90*200) - Madeleine (1 bed 160*200 and 1 bed 90*200) - Fougère (1 bed 140*190) and Compostelle with complete and private bathrooms (2 beds 140*200 - shower/sink/WC). On this level, a third bathroom is fitted (shower, sink, and toilet). To make your stay ultra-comfortable, utilities and heating are included, beds are made upon your arrival, and towels are included! Nestled between the Rhône and Saône-et-Loire rivers, nestled in the heart of the green valleys of Roanne, this authentic stone house has been completely restored to offer you a stay steeped in charm and comfort. Located in the peaceful hamlet of Fontimpe / La Madone, with a beautiful unobstructed view of the Roanne plain and the Monts du Forez, you will be charmed by this 100% relaxing setting. The cottage boasts over 2,500m² of outdoor space, with a large courtyard for parking, shaded and grassy areas, and a meadow with the cottage's chickens and sheep. "Le Pas Sans Peine" is a spacious and very comfortable accommodation, fully equipped for a super comfortable stay!
