Christelle and Philippe will welcome you in their mansion, in order to accommodate you, alone as a couple or as a family you can have 2 double rooms and 2 suites for 5 people, total capacity 14 people, all our rooms or suites have their own bathroom private water and toilet, dining room for convivial meals, billiards, outdoor jacuzzi, tubular swimming pool (the in-ground swimming pool is under construction), deck chairs, hammock, private parking, view of the fields.
Christelle and Philippe warmly welcome you to their magnificent mansion, an ideal place to spend unforgettable moments, whether you are alone, as a couple or with family. Our house can accommodate up to 14 people, offering great flexibility for your stays. You can choose between 2 comfortable double rooms and 2 spacious suites, each of which can accommodate up to 5 people. All our rooms and suites have their own private bathroom and toilet, guaranteeing your privacy and comfort.
You can enjoy a friendly dining room where you can share delicious meals in good company. For your moments of relaxation and entertainment, we provide you with a billiard room, ideal for lively evenings. Outside, you will find a jacuzzi for moments of relaxation under the stars, as well as a tubular swimming pool where you can cool off on sunny days. We are also in the process of building an in-ground pool which will soon be available for our guests.
Sun loungers and a hammock are available for you to bask in the sun, while our private parking offers maximum security and convenience for your vehicles. From our property you can admire breathtaking views of the surrounding fields, adding a touch of serenity to your stay.
For lovers of nature and tranquility, our mansion is a true haven of peace. Come and recharge your batteries and take advantage of the many facilities that we have at your disposal. Whether you want to explore the region or simply relax in an enchanting setting, we will ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible. Bed and breakfast in the countryside in an 1880 mansion under restoration with its two-hectare park and century-old trees. For a peaceful stay surrounded by nature. You can enjoy the tubular swimming pool (because the new in-ground swimming pool is under construction) and the spa heated to 36° in summer. 15 minutes away you can visit Noirlac Abbey and its garden, 20 minutes away the Orsan gardens and 16 minutes away the D'ainay le Viel castle. Also worth visiting: Chateaumeillant vineyard, Bourges, Les Archers at Chatelet, Canal du Berry by bike, Château de Meillant, Horse and donkey center in Lignières, Sidiailles or Goule nautical base, etc...
Règlement intérieur
La maison d'hôte n'est pas un lieu librement ouvert au public. C'est une famille qui vous accueille chez elle. Il y a peut-être aussi d'autres voyageurs sous le même toit. C'est pourquoi nous vous invitons à profiter de tous les lieux de vie à votre disposition dans la convivialité et le respect de l'intimité de chacun.
Pour le confort et la tranquillité de tous, nous regrettons de ne pas pouvoir accueillir les animaux dans les chambres.
Les arrivées :
Afin de pouvoir vous accueillir dans les meilleurs conditions possibles, votre accueil sera fait à partir de 17h le jour de votre arrivée et jusqu'à 19H. Les arrivées tardives ou au contraire précoces, par exemple, pour déposer les bagages afin de pouvoir visiter le voisinage avec un véhicule moins vulnérable, font l'objet d'une entente au préalable.
Les départs :
Le dernier jour, les départs se font au plus tard à 11h. Nous ne sommes pas des professionnels de l'hôtellerie, nous devons pouvoir disposer du temps nécessaire pour offrir aux personnes qui arrivent ensuite le logement le plus accueillant possible.
Les petits déjeuners :
Les petits déjeuners sont servis à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur de la maison si le temps le permet, entre 7h00 et 10 heures.
Les chambres :
Une télévision écran plat avec la Tnt est à la disposition des visiteurs dans chacune des chambres, le son doit être modéré à partir de 22 heures. Les visiteurs peuvent aussi accéder au Wifi gratuitement.
Dispositions générales :
En respect du décret N°du 15 novembre 2006, il est interdit de fumer dans les lieux à usage collectif. La totalité de l'établissement, chambres comprises est donc non fumeur. Dans le cadre de la protection des mineurs, la vente d'alcool est interdite aux mineurs de moins de 18 ans.
Le client s'engage à rendre les chambres en parfait état à la fin du séjour et à déclarer, et assumer financièrement, toute dégradation éventuelle dont il pourrait être responsable.
Les enfants évoluant au sein de la propriété sont sous l'unique responsabilité de leurs parents.
La cuisine n'est pas laissée à la libre disposition des hôtes.
