Beautifully renovated, close to major cultural sites. This detached house has been completely renovated, located in the heart of a pretty hilly village in the Auxois region. Ground floor: bright living room with a wood-burning stove (continuous fire), dining room with an open-plan fitted kitchen, one bedroom (double bed), bathroom with walk-in shower, and separate toilet. Upstairs: a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom (bathtub and toilet), a bedroom with two twin beds (single beds) and a mezzanine with an extra bed. A wooden crib and high chair are included. Fiber optic internet access is available. The cottage features a courtyard in front of the cottage and a large enclosed garden of 750m².
A very beautiful renovation featuring stone and wood. Electric heating and a continuous wood-burning stove (free wood). Business trips are available upon request.
The owner is a working farmer. Nearby: Auxois Zoological and Aquatic Park, 5 km away. Le Nid à la Caille lake in Vénarey-Les Laumes: supervised swimming, children's playground. Pont Lake with a developed beach. Cycle route along the Burgundy Canal. Numerous cultural sites nearby: Alésia Museum Park, Fontenay Abbey, medieval towns of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, also known for its aniseed, and Semur-en-Auxois. Chateaux of Bussy-Rabutin and Epoisses.
