This is a about 110 m² apartment in the heart of Kraków in one of the most beautiful, bright and trendy streets of the city. The street is very safe and located in a central area.
The street is full of green (street crossed by trees, parks in the neighborhood). The building (like all other buildings around) is historical, elegant and renovated. There are security cameras (surveillance cameras) outside the building.
The bedroom advertised is fully furnished, big and very bright. The room is around 18 m². The room is not the biggest bedroom of the apartment. The room is furnished with beds, curtains, wardrobes, lamp, desk and chairs.
The bedroom is ideal for 1 person or a couple.
The apartment has a high ceiling and the latest new-generation windows (fixtures). The apartment is very warm.
The monthly rent can be with bills all inclusive or upon consumption (our tenants can choose).
The flat is fully furnished. The furniture are very vintage. There is a TV. The internet WiFi connection is everywhere in the apartment with a good speed and an unlimited transfer of data.

The place is made of a corridor with a hallway, big bedroom (about 22 m²), bedroom (about 18 m²), renovated big bathroom (shower box and bathtub), big kitchen with table and chairs, big living room (around 40 m²).
The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, boiler, kettle, cutlery, kitchen tools, pans and potters, dishes and glasses, colander, microwave.
The apartment is as well equipped with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, drying rack for clothes, hangers and much more.
The building is historical and prestigious (recently renovated). The street is full of expats (foreign Erasmus students and professionals). There are all sort of offices in the neighborhood: stores, malls, 24h shops, second-hand shops, public offices (Małopolski urząd wojewódzki, wydział spraw obywatelskich i cudzoziemców. oddział paszportowy Kraków).

There are many small shops and stores in the area. The place is literally between the Jewish quarter and the Old Town.
