In the middle of the Scanian landscape, here is a peaceful rural idyll dating back to the 1,600s. A rustic skånegård where perfection is not the important thing but here history, peace of mind and the wonderful place can evoke emotions and let you experience something unique. The red deer are visible all year round as they roam freely. Here you have the opportunity to move freely in the large courtyard indoors and also among all the garden's rooms and viewpoints, which are absolutely fantastic. Here you come here to enjoy and definitely to return! The home of just over 330 sqm makes it possible for the large family or different constellations to have a wonderful holiday together! In the house's various rooms there is everything from old board floors, wooden beams and wood-burning stoves. The residence is modernized for a comfortable living. A compact and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge / freezer and washing machine. Here you also have an exit to a wonderful patio. Adjacent to the kitchen you also have a combined living room and dining room (with space for 12 seated). There is also a fireplace that you are welcome to make a fire in if desired. The courtyard has 2 badrum with shower and WC. One of the bathrooms also has a larger sauna, suitable for 5-6 people. On the ground floor you have 3 bedrooms, two of the bedrooms with double bed 160x200cm and the other with a bed of 120cm. You also have 3 bedrooms on the upper level, two of the rooms with 2 single beds in each and one with a double bed (140x200cm). That is, as many as 11 beds with good sleeping comfort! On the upper level you also have a large living room with a panoramic view of beautiful fields. There is also a balcony for one of the bedrooms with a wonderful evening sun. As you probably understood, this is a very unique place where you will surely spend many hours in the garden in its various places and barbecue and sit outside well into the evenings. A wonderful place for those who dream of a farm and not a tidy hotel room! There are also cats in the yard that move freely in the stable meadow, the part that is private on the floor plan and does not bother you during the holidays. Just over a mile away you have via nice roads Svaneholm Castle & Museum at Svaneholmssjön where even those who are interested can fish. In Skurup there are grocery stores and restaurants. One of the south coast's most beautiful beaches "Mossby beach" is located about 18 km away. You also have wonderful Ystad with beautiful street houses, nice promenades as well as Abbekås and Smygehuk where there are, among other things, golf courses and inns. For those who prefer to swim in fresh water, you have Sövdesjön about 17 km away. The location in the middle of southern Skåne invites you to explore Österlen and Romeleåsen's wonderful nature.
