It has been a cultural gem over the years attracting, executives across the globe, hosting exclusive events, and private villa rentals. The entire estate sits on 3 full acres and enjoy spectacular views of the north, east, and south shores! Enjoy tropical sunrises from the pool deck and watch the waves break on the Christiansted reef. Or just relax in our crystal clear free-form salt water pool or jump into the hot tub and enjoy a glass of champagne. Your bedroom includes a flat screen HD TV and an ultra-quiet split A/C units. There are ceiling fans in every room and new travertine tile flooring throughout the entire apartment. Cable TV and Wi-Fi high-speed internet service are all included.The fully equipped kitchen features a gas range, stainless steel appliances and new granite counter tops. The comfortable living room includes a flat screen HD TV. A private washer and dryer are also available for your use.A lush tropical landscape awaits you, complete with with coconut palm trees, pineapple plants, Avocado, Sugar Apple, Papaya trees, and even a Mango Tree at the foot of the property.
