Access to the approx. 30 square metre, centrally heated, non-smoking flat is via a private courtyard entrance. The cosy, furnished courtyard with barbecue is available to all guests. In addition, there are two carport parking spaces (also with their own entrance and gate), further parking spaces and bicycle storage facilities. The flat for two people is on the first floor and has a living room with flat screen TV and kitchenette (electric hob/oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, kettle). There is a double room, W-LAN and bathroom with shower/WC. The total price includes bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. To be paid on site: Final cleaning, tourist tax.
