The two floors have a maisonette layout. On the maisonette you have a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a cozy living room with a fireplace, while on the first floor, you have two bedrooms, each with a double bed and two single beds, respectively, as well as an additional bathroom with a shower. The maisonette can comfortably sleep up to four people.The semi-basement offers additional privacy as it has the layout of a separate apartment, including a fully furnished kitchen, one bathroom with a bathtub, a bedroom with a double bed, and a living area with a double sofa bed.The two units are rented as one and have a unique outdoor area, fenced and furnished, with an impressive private pool, outdoor showers and BBQ facilities.
A great advantage of the villa is its location, as it is built in a quiet area but at the same time very close to Zakynthos town and Argasi, both 1.5 km away from the apartment. Argasi is among the most popular touristic resorts on the island, with countless options in restaurants, bars, cafes and tourist shops. Zakynthos town has amazing walks to offer, by the harbor or through the picturesque Zakynthian alleys, where you will discover many stores and dining options that will surprise you.
