Perfect for large family gatherings, or 2+ families who like to vacation together and have their own space, this very private house has everything you could possibly need-- Large gathering areas, inside and out, 4 living areas, 2 outdoor dining spots, huge lawn for games, central A/C (window units in cottage), large newly renovated kitchen with all amenities (plus second kitchen in cottage). Enjoy a game of tennis, lounge by the pool, walk down the street to the beach, or cast your rod at the bottom of the bluff, pour yourself a cocktail and watch the spectacular sunset over the bay. Fire pit, outdoor grill, two indoor dining tables, washer/dryer in main house and in cottage, outdoor shower with view of the bay, Sonos sound system throughout, large screen TV, wi-fi. The house is 1 mile from the Chatham fish pier and 2 miles from downtown Chatham's fabulous shopping and restaurants, although once you get to the house, you won't want to leave! We have lovingly maintained this house for 50+ years as our multigenerational refuge and are looking for like-minded families who will treat the house as their own.
