Summary: The staff were polite and welcoming, and they offered us refreshing drinks upon our arrival. The breakfast buffet was excellent, featuring high-quality and delicious options. However, I was a bit disappointed to find dead insects behind the curtain, and I discovered a live bed bug on the white sheets of the bed when we returned from our tour the following afternoon.
