Summary: I requested a lower level roomas the Camelot doesn't have an elevator and my husband is w/c dependent. I was given a room up on the 2nd floor, up 2 sets of stairs. The heat didn't work properly. We were not given fresh towels even though I gave housekeeping our dirty ones. We had fleas in our bed. The male clerk argued with me the hotel didn't have to disclose that my accommodations couldn't be met even though they confirmed that they had what I wanted in a room and didn't have to give us a troom on the 1st floor even though my husband is disabled. I told him that we didn't have to stay at the Camelot either. The only thing it had going for it was the large rooms.
