Positive: I really like the fact this lodging was very clean, spacious and safe. It is perfect for a small family or two couples. It has a kitchen and washer/dryer. The owner of the property kept excellent communication with me via Whats App. Similar to an AirBnB type lodging. The property does have free street parking that I used. I had a VW Tiguan ant it fit well. Ask the owner if there is alternate parking in the area if two or more cars are traveling. The area restaurants close early, but Grafenwöhr is about an 8 min drive. Plan eating dinner earlier. Great running in the area especially if you like to do some hill work. I felt safe running or walking in the neighborhood any time of the day. I would definitely stay here again and refer this to my friends and family.
Negative: I don't have a bad thing to say. But just know upfront it's not a traditional hotel and it is similar to AirBnB. Booking.com should have a second box to add additional information to help other consumers to manage expectations.
