With the town being conveniently located beside the A39, this is a great location for touring both Devon and Cornwall, and days out could include visits to the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly, Boscastle, Port Issac, Rock and Padstow, Bodmin Moor, and numerous National Trust properties and gardens.
Although it is steeped in its rural past, the property is also equipped with many contemporary comforts throughout. From the front, a quaint sweet cottage opens up into the lounge with a Smart TV and comfy sofas to watch your favourite programmes. There is an enclosed and private seating area, perfect for your morning coffee. Steps and a pathway lead to the terrace and the garden is completely enclosed so perfect for children. Enjoy a charcoal BBQ with seating for all to dine alfresco after a day exploring the surroundings. You’ll have plenty of storage in the outhouse for surfboards, body-boards and wet suits. There is private parking for one car at the rear of the property.
